Kenny Woods, the COO of Vaporstream Inc., a Secure Recordless Messaging Service (SRMS) provider that offers private and secure messaging channels for business communications, joins Dawson Horn III, an experienced attorney with both an in-house and law firm background, in a discussion hosted by ARMA Northern New Jersey on March 13. The panel, entitled “Protecting Privacy When Sharing Sensitive Records,” will take place at Daiichi Sankyo in Edison.
Woods and Horn will discuss the importance of a secure digital platform when sharing sensitive information, and the need for industries ranging from healthcare to finance to update protocols surrounding the transmission of sensitive information.
“People believe that using complex passwords, encryption keys or ‘self-destructing’ messages can keep their information secure, but that simply is not true.” said Jason Howe, CEO of Vaporstream. “We aim to show the need for truly recordless messaging in the business world and in all situations in which potentially private information is digitally shared.”
As the only truly recordless digital communication platform in the world, Vaporstream helps protect businesses and investors from the $80 billion a year problem caused by security breaches, user errors and communications taken out of context.
“With his background in the legal system, Horn is an ideal messenger for secure communications,” added Howe. “He knows from experience how delicate important communications can be.”
