Altitude Software has developed a joint solution with Oracle that delivers an effective integration between Altitude uCI™ customer interaction and Oracle customer relationship management solutions. The Altitude+Siebel Connector is an out-of-the-box integration that boosts productivity in customer service, marketing and sales activities in the contact center with real time customer contact workflow.
