AnswerFirst Communications, an international telephone answering service and customer service solutions company specializing in answering services, virtual receptionist services, and call center solutions, announced this week that they have purchased a building located in Ybor City, FL (just east of downtown Tampa) as the future location of their new call center and corporate headquarters.

According to their website, AnswerFirst built their existing corporate headquarters and call center, which is located on Kennedy Boulevard just west of downtown Tampa, from the ground up in 1999. T

Matt Herron, President & CEO of AnswerFirst said,“Due to our substantial growth over the past several years, we’ve outgrown our current location. However, we’ll be incorporating a lot of the same workspace design principles we used in the creation of our existing call center into the development of our new location. Ergonomically correct seating, proper energy-efficient lighting and state-of-the-art workstations are just a few of the fundamental workspace design features that we’re currently utilizing and that we’ve incorporated into the design of the new center. Of course, the upcoming move requires a great deal of effort and careful planning, but my team is focused and excited to embrace the change.”
