The contract extension reflects Malvern Instruments strong relationship with Attenda following a successful transition of its SAP platform to Attenda in early 2012. This outsourced model has supported Malvern Instruments rapid business growth both in the UK and overseas, including a 24x7x365 operational support model and a business focused, rather than technology focused, SLA.
