Onepath Systems, LLC announced today that it has appointed Art Franks as AT&T Practice Lead of its newly expanded portfolio of product and managed services. Based in Atlanta, Franks will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading the AT&T Practice sales and adjacent growth strategies as well as serving as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization. The role is also responsible for achieving or exceeding growth and profit objectives by optimizing the sales and retention goals for managed network services along with VoIP, security and data center services and future wireless services to customers through the full spectrum of AT&T’s customer facing sales organizations and their end customers.
Franks will assist local Onepath management to develop and implement successful sales and operational strategies. He will also serve as the primary point of integration between field and corporate staff for finance, product and sales support planning.
Prior to joining Onepath, Franks was with the Avaya AT&T Headquarters team supporting AT&T in the Southeast. He previously led the National Account Sales efforts for Mitel Networks, a Canada-based world leader in the IP Communications and Collaboration Software. Franks rejoined Mitel after 12 years with BellSouth and AT&T where he successfully and consistently led sales teams that addressed the full range of business customers. He is most noted for his successes in sales transformation and his ability to quickly turn around underperforming teams.
