The all-star comedy line up features Alex Thomas, Kym Whitley, Damon Williams, Pierre Edwards and Lester Bibbs.

All of the proceeds from the worthwhile event will be used to fund two scholarships for deserving students wishing to attend the University of Memphis, and two scholarships for students in New Jersey.

Tickets are $30.00 in advance and $35.00 at the door. VIP tickets are also available for $100.00 and will include premium seats, tickets to the Bud Select post reception suite with celebrities, comedians, food and fun.

The event will also include a pre-event silent auction with signed items from the Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat, Indiana Pacers, Phoenix Suns, and Los Angeles Lakers.
