The new TechBEST Awards are being introduced by TSIA to recognize service technology providers in two categories: "Best in Satisfaction"-for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores by their customers; and "Best in Show"-for those selected by conference attendees in recognition of creating the best experience in the TSW Expo.
