Tridium, the developer of the NiagaraAX Framework, is pleased to announce the appointment of Wayne Tighe as Vice President, Sales, North America and Pranay Prakash as Vice President, Product Marketing. Both join the senior management team as seasoned executives with proven track records in leading technology companies.
Wayne Tighe will be responsible for Tridium’s North American strategic sales and business development initiatives. Prior to joining Tridium, he spent over twenty years with Hewlett-Packard, most recently serving as the National Sales Manager for the Personal System & Imaging Group. He started with Hewlett-Packard in Canada in 1989 and has held various sales leadership positions responsible for business in North America and Latin America. Tighe has an impressive record of sales growth in all of his positions as well as demonstrated success in growing new products lines and in developing new markets and distribution channels.
Pranay Prakash will lead the Tridium Product Marketing team and will be responsible for shepherding the continuing development of Tridium software and hardware product lines. Prakash joins Tridium from Dell where most recently he was the Senior Director of Product Management for Data Center and Virtualization Solutions, responsible for Dell’s Converged Infrastructure and Virtual Integrated System (VIS) Private and Hybrid Cloud product portfolio. An experienced marketing leader, Prakash has held executive and senior management positions within the high tech industry in Silicon Valley and Northern Virginia, including NEC Corporation of America, NCS Technologies and Berkeley Software Design Inc with primary focus on Open Source FreeBSD and Linux Operating Systems, Servers and OEM appliances. He has extensive product marketing and management experience in both hardware and software solutions and in direct and channel market development.
