Perceptive Software, creator of process and content management products and solutions, is pleased to announce the official ground breaking of its new corporate headquarters in Lenexa, Kan. When completed, the 240,000 square-foot, two-building facility will more than double the size of the company’s current headquarters building.
Since moving into its current headquarters in 2005, Perceptive Software’s local employee base has more than tripled. The company has consistently outpaced the industry in terms of growth, reporting 88 percent year-over-year revenue growth in the second quarter of 2012.
The Perceptive Software global headquarters will be near the southwest corner of 89th Street Parkway and Renner Road in Lenexa, in the Lenexa City Center development which is expected to include retail, restaurants, hotels, biking and walking trails, and more.
The Perceptive Software campus will include two four-story buildings constructed on approximately 13.4 acres of land that will be owned by Perceptive Software. The open, light-filled facility will feature an atrium with abundant glass, including internal bridges that connect the two buildings. The interior work environment will maximize access to natural light. The buildings will be designed and built to LEED standards and the company will be applying for LEED certification.
“This new global headquarters will be representative of the progressive company culture that has been vital to the growth of Perceptive Software,” said Perceptive Software President and CEO and Lexmark Vice President Scott Coons.
