ESII, SAS, French leader in customer reception and waiting lines management, which this year celebrates 30 years, today announced its participation to the Local Councils Convention, September 13-14.
ESII assists municipalities and local councils that must respond to increasing demands of their constituents in terms of reception and services. It displays the closest labeled sites with their waiting conditions. Visitors can choose for example the city hall closest to where they are and responding to their request as soon as possible.
Thanks to SmartWait™, visitors do not wait for nothing; they are informed of the waiting conditions and can take rank remotely.
Also on display at the booth, the solution NeoPlayer ™, a dynamic video communication system easy to implement for spaces open to the public. This system allows to broadcast multimedia information on one or more screens or terminals, on one or more sites and communicate effectively with the public.
