By creating an interface to Violation Management Service (VMS), TSD will provide a seamless, technology-based solution for the handling this costly aspect of the car rental business. The recently completed technology enhancements will make available to TSD customers an electronic link to automate the processing of unpaid parking violations issued by cities to car rental companies and dealerships with service loaner cars.

TSD customers currently using the RMS ASP version of the software will be able to seamlessly tap into this new service. Those with the standalone version of RMS will need some minor programming to take full advantage of this billing and processing service.
