Both executives bring extensive backgrounds in executive level customer relations management and contact center industry applications to their new roles at Echopass.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, Randal Rupert is responsible for ensuring the well-being of all Echopass client relationships and leading the Echopass Client Engagement, Professional Services and Customer Support organizations. He has over 20 years of senior level operations, consulting and client relationship experience with industry leaders such as AT&T, Deloitte & Touche, and Holiday Inn, in both North America and Europe. Randal also brings to Echopass an extensive background providing contact centers services to large enterprises including Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Microsoft and Motorola. He was previously Vice President for Customer Success at Workbrain. Randal holds a Bachelor’s of Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
In his role as Vice President of Software Engineering, Vlad Deryugin is responsible for Echopass software engineering and leading his team in close collaboration with the Product Management, Professional Services and Operations organizations. Vlad has over 20 years experience in contact centers and software engineering. Before joining Echopass, Vlad was Vice President of Applications Engineering at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories. At Genesys, Vlad held a variety of management roles and developed key Genesys products including Routing, Outbound, Workforce Management and Multimedia, while also securing many of the Genesys patents. Earlier, Vlad was with the Gebacom Kiev software company and conducted optimization research at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Vlad holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and a M.S. in Computer Science from Moscow Physical Technical Institute.
