Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact centre technology solutions, has relocated its Sydney office to a nearby location in Sydney’s Central Business District (CBD) in order to better accommodate its fast-growing staff and support operations. As headquarters for Noble Systems’ operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region, the office supports clients and staff in Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and more.
“While we didn’t move very far, the new location is much bigger and better suited to our operational and training needs,” said Paul Luketich, Managing Director of Noble Systems Australia. “As one of the largest and fastest-growing contact centre technology providers in the region, it was essential to find a space that met our needs while keeping us in the heart of Sydney’s dynamic business community.”
Often used for client training on Noble Systems’ award-winning suite of contact centre software solutions, the Sydney location can now meet significant training demands while maintaining sales, support and leadership functions. Noble Systems also maintains a full office location in Melbourne gained through its 2011 acquisition of Workforce Management (WFM) specialist Open Wave.
The office relocation news is the latest in a series of positive indicators for Noble Systems’ Asia-Pacific operations. In February, the company hosted its first annual Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) Australasia conference with customers and partners representing industries including financial services, health care, consumer products, hospitality and many more. Soon after, it was announced that that Noble Systems’ 2011 operational revenue in Australia grew by more than 48 percent from 2010 totals.
