Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact centre technology solutions, today announced the appointment of three senior members to its Noble Systems EMEA sales team. The new team consists of Jonathan Hawkins and Mark Whittaker, Business Development Directors and Alan Trickett, Solution Engineer.
Revenues from operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) grew by more than 58 percent from last year and Noble Systems is keen to replicate this success for 2012. These new roles will have the responsibility of leading new business development in southern UK and via partnerships within EMEA.

Jonathan Hawkins has over 16 years experience within the contact centre industry, including 11 years at Melita/eShare/divine/Aspect and 2 years at Verint. Mark Whittaker has approximately 20 years contact centre experience having joined Voicelink (later purchased by Avaya) back in 1993. Both Mark and Jonathan have been responsible for significant Blue Chip new business wins in the past, as well as providing exemplary senior account management. Alan Trickett has also worked within the contact centre industry for over 20 years, most recently at Aspect; he has been directly involved with the specification of many complex, multichannel solutions for a wide range of customers.
