Lake Forest, CA, United States, 11/26/2006 - Charity-friendly artist and winner of the ARTV Awards for Mixed Media has been named the Official artist for the AmberWatch Foundation. She has created original artwork depicting the American Music Award Nominees Aly & AJ to benefit the cause.

Artist McKenzie has been named the Official Artist of the AmberWatch Foundation. “I am so committed to this organization. I have a child of my own, and as a mother, protecting my child from predators is at the top of my list,” says the artist.
McKenzie (mckenzieartstudio.com) has created an original painting depicting Inspirational Musical Artists, Aly and AJ, to be sold as posters to raise awareness and funds for the foundation. The posters will be released to the public for the first time at the benefit concert in Laguna Beach on December 10. A single gallery wrapped collectible canvas Giclee will also be sold through a silent auction. McKenzie will be in attendance signing the posters and greeting the fans.
“McKenzie has dedicated her life to helping others through her art. She has an amazing talent which she uses to raise awareness and funds for organizations that touch her heart and benefit many. The AmberWatch Foundation is one such organization,” says John Ershek, agent for McKenzie.
McKenzie’s work has been coined “Alluvious Chromatism” or Flowing Intense Colors. Her paintings are know for their luminescent and fluid quality. “McKenzie’s art exudes energy, passion, and a mastery of her craft,” says collector and art critic, James Christianson.
McKenzie’s mixed media artwork is collected around the world and has raised many tens of thousands of dollars for charities such as; The Red Cross, Humane Society, Global Green, and more.
