Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, will host its 2012 Users Group Conference next week in Atlanta, Georgia, from May 1 - 3. The theme of this year’s event is “Changing the Game,” a reference to the impact of cloud-based communications, social media, legislation and globalization on customer contact operations.
