Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact centre technology solutions, recently presented the Technology Innovator Award to The Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia (RACWA), a leading insurance provider. The award was announced at the Select Noble Users Group Australasia 2012 Conference – a gathering of Noble Systems clients and partners – held earlier this year in Sydney, Australia.
“Our dedication to providing the best customer experience calls for the best and most efficient technology,” said Garry Laver, Workforce Manager at RACWA. “We thank Noble Systems for the award, but more importantly, we thank them for the industry-leading tools we use to interact with customers every day.”
The award was earned through innovative uses of Noble Systems’ ShiftTrack WFM technology in RACWA’s customer service centres and national roadside patrol staff. The system is integral in two key customer service centres in Perth and Joondalup. RACWA uses it to forecast and schedule for approximately 500 agents in their sales, service, roadside and claims divisions.
“Garry and his team bring a results-oriented approach to technology and push for maximum value from their WFM solution,” said Paul Luketich, Managing Director of Noble Systems Australia. “It’s a pleasure working with them and seeing the growth and success that comes from their outstanding approach.”
