AgustaWestland North America
AW139 National Security Helicopter: Based on best selling dual-use aircraft, the AW139, the National Security Helicopter is rapidly configurable for a diverse range of national security and law enforcement missions while maintaining its low operating costs. The U.S. manufactured AW139 National Security Helicopter offers unparalleled features in terms of performance and safety, and its capacity delivers maximum flexibility whether the mission calls for disaster relief, emergency medical evacuations, law enforcement or border patrol.
International Ship Upgrade Capabilities:The DRS solution maintains baseline ship capability while bringing Command & Control and Weapon Systems technology into the 21st century. DRS’ experience in Naval C4 systems results in improved equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, and increased self-sufficiency. DRS will exhibit a modernized CIC complete with advanced displays, communications, processing systems, workstations, and software.
Oasis Command and Control: OASIS is a key Command and Control technology for small platforms that facilitates the performance of complex tasks in today’s maritime security environment. OASIS utilizes modern web-based techniques and open architecture to provide an extremely cost effective and flexible system.
Hybrid Electric Drive (HED): Using a compact PM motor/generator integrated with the main reduction gear, the DDG 51 HED system provides propulsion power at lower speeds, reducing gas turbine operating hours and optimizing turbine loading for more efficient use. This configuration results in conserving many thousands of barrels of fuel per year per ship while increasing mission effectiveness and flexibility with longer on station times.
CAPTAS (Combined Active and Passive Towed Array Sonar) Model 4229:CAPTAS is a key sensor technology for identifying conventional diesel powered submarines operating in difficult sonar environments such as littoral waters. CAPTAS utilizes Low Frequency Active Sonar (LFAS) as the key sensor technology to deliver capability for addressing this challenge.
OTO Melara North America
MK75 MOD 2: The 76mm Mk 75 MOD 2 is an anti-surface and anti-air gun system capable of firing up to 80 ready use rounds at 120 rounds per minute with extreme accuracy (0.3mRad). The 76mm is a proven product with over 1000 guns in use in 54 countries. It is a cost effective solution and can be fitted with the Next Generation Smart Ammunition, including long-rod guided ammunition. The 76 mm is the weapon of choice for Medium Caliber Gun Systems.
