Moscow, Russia, 2012/04/11 - Within the information campaign 12-20 April, 2012, promotional activities of the national tourist product - Russian Tourism Roadshow – will be organized by the Russian Federal Agency for Tourism in Germany, France and UK.
Since the end of 2011 for the first time in the history of new Russia a large-scale Special Program for Development of Domestic and Inbound Tourism was implemented at the federal level. A series of roadshows, aimed at establishment of modern, competitive tourism infrastructure and promotion of tourism opportunities in Russia will be held within the Program.
Within the information campaign 12-20 April, 2012, promotional activities of the national tourist product - Russian Tourism Roadshow (russiatourforum.com) – will be organized by the Russian Federal Agency for Tourism in Germany, France and UK.
More than 40 representatives of Russia’s regions will deliver their presentations on a variety of unique tourism products and destinations in Russia, on the economic capacity of the industry and the most promising investment areas, and will present tourism joint ventures and measures for the strengthening of interregional cooperation in the area of tourism.
During the events there will be presented traditional world-famous tourist routes in Central Russia as well as actively developing destinations of the North Caucasus, North-West of Russia, Volga region, Siberia and Far East.
The Russian delegation will include representatives of government agencies, regional tourism authorities, universities, public organizations and of business.
The Roadshows will be held in Berlin, Paris and London 12-20 April, 2012.
