On 13th March at the Universum Awards 2012 in Stockholm, Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) was chosen as ‘Employer Branding Company of the Year’, amongst nominees such as PostNord, Danske Bank and Finansinspektionen. Universum presented TMHE with this prestigious award to recognise TMHE’s successful efforts in employer branding, such as the Toyota Way, a philosophy based on five core values that is adopted by employees worldwide.
