Venatus Media proudly reveals a new look and website as part of a rebranding initiative. The company now has a new logo, updated corporate identity materials and a new website that can be found online.
Venatus is a media sales house and site representation firm that specialises in advertising in online games. The company holds a portfolio of world class casual, social and core game publishers including Bored.com, Crunchy Roll, King.com, Kongregate, IncGamers, RockYou and many more.
Venatus has rapidly become a leader in media sales within gaming. Along with adding some of the foremost game publishers in the world to a burgeoning portfolio, Venatus has secured and implemented campaigns for top advertising firms such as Carat, Mediacom, PHD Media and Universal McCann.
The rebranding initiative reflects Venatus Media’s rising prominence in the world of in-game advertising. Co-founder and CEO Rob Gay explains,“We chose to rebrand Venatus because we have felt an increasing need to convey a strong and distinct identity, especially after the success we’ve had in our first 18 months of business. We wanted our visual identity to articulate who we are and what we do.”
The new design preserves a theme that is consistent with the world of gaming, featuring images and text inspired by the 8-bit games that took the world by storm during the 80s and 90s. The website even contains a shooting game reminiscent of Space Invaders. According to co-founder and COO Matt Cannon, this theme was born out of a desire to remain true to the company’s retro gaming roots and to express the personality behind Venatus Media.
As a result of Venatus Media’s quick development and progress, the company has doubled the size of its sales team and formed a marketing department in order to reach out to new clients. The company’s staff will be moving to a new media space in Farringdon at the end of February.
CEO Rob Gay adds,“We are all really excited about what the future has in store for Venatus.”
