LexisNexis® Legal & Professional, a leading provider of content and technology solutions, today announced that Burr & Forman, a full-service law firm with offices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee, has selected the entire suite of LexisNexis® Redwood Analytics® software solutions, including its core business intelligence package along with profitability and planning modules. The firm has also selected LexisNexis® Client Analysis, a solution that helps law firms accelerate growth by quickly and easily identifying existing client relationships with the greatest profit potential and by building profiles of the types of prospective clients the firm should pursue to fuel future growth.

The firm also licensed gwabbit®, an add-on module to LexisNexis® InterAction®, to enhance efficiency of Burr Connect, the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) solution powered by InterAction software. The combination of gwabbit and LexisNexis InterAction solves a fundamental problem with all CRM deployments — how to capture up-to-date and accurate contact information. gwabbit Enterprise Server goes beyond traditional synchronization with user address book entries, enabling accurate capture of contact information directly from the "signature block" commonly used within email messages.
