In time for the Holiday season, HGTV “That's Clever” will be filming the making of two Kwanzaa cards by Maranda Miller of ZeVin Creations which will provide highly deserved national exposure of this sister-owned business.
Louisvillians have already made ZeVin Creations' artistic work a “Must” when it comes to giving that special card for a special someone. They appreciate the work and recognize the talent done by the sisters Marisa Babbage and Maranda Miller.
“We love to hear people say they framed one of our cards,” said sister Marisa Babbage. “And now we are getting a blessed opportunity to be featured on a national cable channel.” The two sisters had gotten an email from a friend about HGTV “That's Clever” looking for residents of Kentucky to be featured on their show which focuses on unique items handcrafted by people all over the United States. “I contemplated submitting a Kwanzaa card I was working on, but was so nervous”, states other sister Maranda. “But then we got a email from one of the shows representative and I decided to send it”. After sending 3 different designs, they were informed that they would like to film them making two of the ones submitted. The “That's Clever” crew will be coming to the sister's studio which is part of their residence in Louisville,KY on November 13 – 14, 2006. They aren't sure of the exact air time but they hope it will be for Kwanzaa 2006. The sisters will reveal their entire Kwanzaa series on November 15, 2006 via their site and art shows.
