The New England Patriot’s Gillette Stadium will be the next stop for Camp Chef’s traveling chef Jay DiEugenio and the rest of Team Blacktop on Sunday, November 12, 2006. DiEugenio will show tailgate party and outdoor cooking enthusiasts how to easily cook delicious meals outdoors.
As part of the YourTailgateParty tour’s scheduled stop at the New England Patriots vs. New York Jets game, DiEugenio and his family will demonstrate how to throw the perfect tailgate party. Using Camp Chef’s high-end, Big Gass triple-burner propane stove, Dutch ovens, Keg Roaster and other cooking accessories, DiEugenio will share his favorite recipes and stories of being on the road with his family.
Last year, DiEugenio, his wife, Karen and his three young sons Nick (14), Luc (12) and Frankie (5) loaded up their Fleetwood RV and followed the National Football Conference (NFC) tailgating trail, where they bonded as a family and experienced America’s “blacktop neighborhoods." After writing a tailgating cookbook called “I Got Your Tailgate Party Right Here,” Jay and his family decided to head out again this season for more grilling, living and learning as they hit every American Football Conference (AFC) stadium. This year they are armed with laptops, digital video and still cameras, blog and vlog sites, schoolwork and encouragement from their school districts to provide lessons from the road.
