OMCAR 2012, about to be held on 13th January 2012 at New Delhi will see coming together of some of the biggest names from the online marketing industry and brands from various niches. Simarprit Singh started his career as a Research Associate at NIIT after doing his B.Com (Statistics) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. He left it to start his own entrepreneurial venture- DISC Pvt. Ltd. which made training software for children and adult learners and customized solutions highlighting the investment opportunities of various states in India. He has also been a spokesperson for India at the United Nations while working as the VP – Business Development at Nucleus Software. He then returned to establishing his own with Compare Infobase where he identified and executed the idea of mapsofindia.com.
