As a partner, Bousliman focuses on banking and creditors’ rights issues, contract disputes, personal injury claims, electronic discovery disputes, and general litigation. He has represented Starbucks, Bank of Albuquerque, GE Capital, Morgan Stanley, Bank of New York Mellon, Smith Barney, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. Bousliman, an avid ultramarathon runner plans on competing in the Leadville 100 mile trail run later this year.
Before joining Lewis and Roca, Hill was an associate at a law firm where he represented a variety of clients in civil and environmental law cases, managed active motions practice, facilitated discovery, took depositions and conducted legal research. Hill received his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School, and his B.A., Philosophy and Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
Edmonds previously served as a law clerk for the Brigham Young University Office of General Counsel where he assisted in litigation, transactions and regulatory compliance. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, and his B.S. in Business Finance, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management.
