The TharpeRobbins Company, Inc. has named Andrea Gappmayer to the newly created position of director of client solutions. Gappmayer will be based in Northern California, reporting to Rob Danna, vice president of performance and recognition solutions for TharpeRobbins, a global leader in the managed employee recognition and rewards industry.
“Andrea will design recognition solutions that align with the business objectives and strategies our clients desire to achieve,” says Danna. “She has extensive experience in how to best collaborate with organizations of all genres in order to bring business priorities to the forefront. She is a welcome addition to our team.”
Gappmayer most recently served as a speaking and training manager for O.C. Tanner. She contributed insight for the Daily Carrot Principle, a book that offers advice for how to take yourself and your team to new heights of success in work and life. Gappmayer has worked as a pharmaceutical representative for Allergan and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She also has worked in the radio industry in numerous positions including announcer, anchor, production director and program director.

Gappmayer was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.
