iSeeCommunications enables Trailfinders Travel Consultants throughout the UK to participate in remote training sessions on-line. Media Logic’s iSeeCommunications unique application greatly enhances the conversation between the Trainer and the Travel Consultant by providing the ability to show a rich variety of information on screen from a range of sources.
The iSeeCommunications system is delivered over Trailfinder’s own IP network, integrated with the Trailfinder’s knowledge centre system and supports recording of the content and conversations between Consultants and Trainers. This allows all Travel Consultants to access the information from anywhere at a time to suit them.

iSeeCommunications gets the training out to all 20 travel centres throughout UK and Ireland simultaneously to coincide with product launches, magazines and new brochures in a consistent and timely manner.
Prior to the introduction of the Media Logic iSeeCommunidations platform the training was disseminated by CD through the regional centres. This process was inefficient resulting in not all staff having access to the material at the same time. Additionally updates and changes were difficult and introduced further delay in delivery.
