GuestLogix Inc. (GXI.T), ("GuestLogix" or the "Company") the leading global provider of onboard retail and payment technology to airlines and the passenger travel industry, today announced it will establish GuestLogix Asia Pacific operations, located in Hong Kong, underscoring the Company's continued focus on growing market share in the region by expanding its local presence and leveraging its relationships with current partners. Collectively, the region's airlines carry 700 million passengers annually, representing one-quarter of global passenger traffic.
The Company also announced today the appointment of veteran airline industry executive Tony Sit to the top position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of GuestLogix Asia Pacific. Mr. Sit holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He began his career as a front-line aviation engineer; since then, he has held a variety of senior sales and marketing leadership roles with Boeing subsidiary Aviall, SR Technics Switzerland, McKechnie Aerospace and Honeywell Aerospace. In his new role, he will oversee market expansion, client services and regional solutions delivery.

To solidify the Company's presence across Asia Pacific, GuestLogix plans to also open regional offices in China, Singapore and Australia. It currently has a sales and support office located in Singapore.
