“This was a change planned for the last four months and Ilhan Bagoren has been actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Telenity, which will ensure a smooth transition period,” said Ahmet Ozalp. “I am delighted to have had the privilege to lead Telenity. For the last three years, we have focused on innovation and created a very exciting set of new products in areas such as location based services, mobile social networking and mobile marketing. We also adopted new business and pricing models that positioned us as an even stronger partner to mobile operators in a wide range of geographies including India, Turkey, Eastern Europe and Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions. Ilhan’s presence at R&D center in Istanbul and his pioneering leadership and experience will help us focus further on our execution and accelerate our growth.”
“I’m very excited about leading Telenity at this new phase of the company’s growth,” said Ilhan Bagoren. “We have an excellent team, a large and distinguished group of customers and a very attractive portfolio of ground-breaking products. I already see our investment in innovation and R&D in the last few years starting to pay off in terms of early customer interest and feedback. We are looking forward to publicly announcing several new products and services in the upcoming Mobile World Congress during February 27-March 1, 2012. This next phase will be very rewarding for Telenity and its existing and new customers.”
