The award was announced at the Jive World conference in Las Vegas and recognizes the contribution that Neo, Pearson's employee collaboration tool, has made in enhancing communication and helping Pearson people work across geographies and business units.
Neo, which was launched earlier this year, is available to all 36,000 Pearson employees across more than 70 countries. On average, 18,000 users log on each day. In a recent survey of users, 64% said that Neo has improved their ability to find and connect with people across Pearson.
